Become an Official NPSL Player with Virtus Soccer Academy.

We are proud to announce our participation in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL). This registration form is for all players—both preselected and new players—who are interested in becoming official roster members of Virtus Soccer Academy’s NPSL team.

This form ensures that every player is properly registered, rostered, and eligible to compete in the upcoming season.

• Age Requirement – All players must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the NPSL season.

• Eligibility – Players must provide valid proof of identity (government-issued ID).

• Registration Form – All sections of the registration form must be completed accurately.

• Fitness & Health – Players must be physically fit to compete at a national level and disclose any medical conditions.

• Commitment – Players must commit to attending practices, games, and team events throughout the season.
